By accessing or using Vero you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Vero is a financial-analytics platform for e-commerce and D2C businesses. You can import data from sources such as Shopify order exports, advertising reports (for example Meta Ads), bank and payment-gateway statements, product-cost (COGS) sheets, and web-analytics exports. Vero reads these files to calculate metrics such as reconciled profit-and-loss, contribution margin, per-product profitability, ad efficiency, and cash runway. Vero is an analytics tool: it does not make changes to your store, advertising accounts, or bank accounts.
Vero offers a free plan that requires no payment card, and paid plans (Growth, CFO, and Portfolio) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Razorpay. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically (including via UPI Autopay) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has started.
Your business data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use Vero for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Users may upload files (such as Excel, CSV, and PDF) containing their own business data, including order, advertising, banking, and product-cost information. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We do not sell your business data, and we do not access or use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. When you delete your account, we remove your uploaded files and the data derived from them from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, tax or accounting requirements). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Vero is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data or metrics displayed in the app. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your own data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
