Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Vero subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Free plan

Vero offers a free plan that requires no payment card. You can use it for as long as you like without being charged, so we encourage you to try the product on the free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Paid plans, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans (Growth, CFO, and Portfolio) are billed monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period — including via UPI Autopay — until you cancel. You are charged the plan price for the upcoming period at the time of renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or by emailing us at hello@veroapp.in. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free plan — your data is not deleted by cancelling.

5. Refunds

Because you can evaluate Vero on the free plan before paying, and because cancelling always preserves access through the end of the paid period, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has started, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling part-way through a period does not generate a pro-rated refund for the unused days.

We will, however, refund a charge in these cases: (a) a duplicate charge for the same billing period; (b) a charge caused by a technical or billing error on our side; or (c) a renewal you were charged for and did not intend, provided you contact us within 7 days of that renewal and have not made substantial use of the paid features during the new period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take longer to reflect it).

6. Failed payments

If an automatic renewal fails, we retry the charge and email you over a short grace period so you can update your payment method without losing access. If the payment is still not completed by the end of that grace period, your account moves to the free plan. No penalty or fee is charged for a failed renewal.

7. How to request a refund or get help

To request a refund, or for any billing question, email hello@veroapp.in from the email address on your account and include the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
